If for some reason you are not pleased with our roast, please reach out to us, we would be happy to send you a new bag of coffee on us.

Care Instructions

All coffee is recommended to be stored in a vacuum sealed container. The excessive exposure of moisture and oxygen will make the flavors fade, and increase the rapid aging of coffee, making it stale quicker.

We understand that most coffees peak is within the first 2 weeks after roast, so its important to get everything out of that period of time.

I've tasted a lot of espresso and, Pure Earth's, Summit blend has to be one of the best in the market. Unbelievably smooth, yall. I've had a lot of other roasters in the espresso machine; however, Summit is my favorite!

Drinking Summit Signature Blend right now...

Just got this new bean from PURE EARTH Coffee, I chose Organic Summit Signature Blend, the espresso bean from this company. Daily I grind bean and brew espresso for cappuccino X 2 and we both love the new coffee beans. I have to be careful not to overgrind the bean as they are smallish in size and grind fairly fast. The Summit Signature Blend is fresh, tasting of rich cocoa and that mysterious carnalized molasses notes. The beans are uniform and nicely formed, dark in color but not too dark at all. No acidic aftertaste and overall and happy cup to wake up for!
Oh... and they offer a 1lb option! When's the last time you saw an actual pound of coffee for sale? I subscribed and we are happy campers!
